Miss Emily Featherstock (“Emily,” “we,” “the assistant”) is a private family calendar assistant operated for a single household. It is not a public or commercial service; access is by invitation. This policy explains what data the assistant uses and how it is handled.
With your explicit permission, granted through Google's OAuth consent screen, the assistant accesses your Google Calendar — reading your events and creating, editing, or deleting events at your request. We also store the contact details you give us (name, email, phone) so the assistant can reach you.
Your Google Calendar data is used only to provide these features to you. To operate the voice and assistant features, requests may be processed by our service providers — Anthropic (the assistant's reasoning), ElevenLabs (voice), Twilio, and SendGrid (calls, texts, email) — solely to carry out what you asked; they are not given standing access to your calendar.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose beyond providing the assistant to you. We do not use it to train generalized AI models.
The assistant's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
A minimal copy of your upcoming events is cached to run reminders and show your schedule quickly. You can disconnect any Google account at any time — from within the app, or at your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops all access and removes the cached calendar data.
You are in control: disconnect any connected Google account at any time — inside the app, or at your Google Account permissions — and all access stops and the cached calendar data is deleted.
